String Of Vehicle Arsons: Early Morning Incidents Under Investigation In Westchester

Authorities have begun an investigation after multiple suspicious vehicle fires erupted in the same area in a village in Westchester. 

Three vehicles, including the one pictured above, were lit on fire on Spring Street in Port Chester, fire officials said.

The investigation stemmed from two vehicle fires on Sunday morning, June 11 around 4 a.m. that occurred in Port Chester in the area of Spring Street, according to Port Chester Police. 

The fires have since been deemed "very concerning" by the department, which is currently in the early stages of "aggressively" investigating them, they announced on Sunday. 

Any residents in the area who may have seen any suspicious activity or have any videos related to the incidents are asked to call Port Chester Police at 914-939-6332. 

More information is expected to be released by the department as it becomes available.
